4. Your Choices
4.1 Cookie Consent Banner (Non-US Visitors)
If you are located outside the United States, you will see a cookie consent banner on your first visit. Non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) will not be activated until you make a choice. You can:
- Accept All – enables all cookie categories
- Reject All – only necessary cookies remain active
- Save Preferences – choose which non-essential categories to enable
You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer.
4.2 US Visitors
If you are located in the United States, non-essential cookies may be loaded by default in accordance with applicable law.
You may manage your preferences at any time by:
- Clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer;
- Clicking the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the website footer; or
- Using browser-based privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), where supported.
4.3 Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Certain uses of cookies or similar technologies may be considered “sharing” under California law.
You may opt out of such sharing by:

- Using a browser that supports Global Privacy Control (GPC), as described below.
4.4 Global Privacy Control (GPC)
JetWell recognizes Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by supported browsers.
If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by law.
When a GPC signal is detected:
- Advertising and marketing-related cookies are disabled;
- Data processing for cross-context behavioral advertising is limited; and
- Your opt-out preference is applied automatically without requiring additional action.
4.5 Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Common options include:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and Other Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry consensus on how to respond to DNT signals, and JetWell does not currently alter its practices in response to DNT signals.
However, JetWell does recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described above.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material and you are a registered user, we will provide notice through the Services where required by applicable law.
