Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making JetWell usable for everyone.
JetWell, operated by JetWell, Inc. ("JetWell," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to making our website, mobile experiences, and digital services usable and accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that digital accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat it as a priority in how we design, build, and maintain our platform.
Conformance Target
JetWell aims to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines describe how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and neurological conditions. We use WCAG 2.1 AA as a target, not a guarantee, and we recognize that our conformance is a continuing process rather than a fixed state.
Measures We Take
To support our accessibility commitment, JetWell:
- Incorporates accessibility considerations into our design and engineering practices;
- Uses semantic HTML, keyboard-operable components, and assistive-technology-friendly patterns where practical;
- Reviews new features for accessibility impact before launch;
- Periodically tests pages with automated accessibility tools and, from time to time, with assistive technologies;
- Invites and responds to accessibility feedback from users.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content and features on JetWell may not yet be fully accessible. Limitations we are aware of, or that may arise from time to time, include:
- Certain third-party content (such as clinic-provided photos, descriptions, and documents) may not meet our accessibility standards, because we do not author or control that content;
- Certain embedded third-party tools and integrations (such as payment processors, insurance quoting services, mapping, and analytics) are governed by those third parties' own accessibility practices;
- New features may initially ship with accessibility gaps that are identified and remediated over time;
- Some legacy pages, archived content, or older assets may not meet our current standards.
We do not consider this list exhaustive, and we continuously work to identify and address accessibility barriers.
Report a Barrier or Request Assistance
We welcome feedback from users who encounter accessibility barriers on JetWell, and we are committed to providing reasonable alternative means of accessing information and services when a barrier prevents a user from accessing content on our website.
If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of JetWell, or if you would like to request information, a document, a quote, a booking, or any other service in an alternative accessible format, please contact us using any of the methods below. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or service to you through an alternative accessible method, at no additional cost to you.
- Email: accessibility@jetwell.ai
- Contact form: jetwell.ai/contact – please select "Accessibility / Report a Barrier" from the category menu.
- Mailing address: JetWell, Inc., 6543 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119, Attn: Accessibility
When reporting a barrier, please include, if possible: (a) the web address (URL) of the page where you experienced the issue, (b) a description of the problem, (c) the device, browser, and assistive technology you were using, and (d) how we can contact you with a response.
Users can also access and manage privacy and cookie preferences through controls available in the website footer, including “Cookie Settings” and “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five (5) business days of receipt and to work in good faith to address validated accessibility issues within a reasonable time. Some issues may take longer to resolve depending on their complexity, the involvement of third parties, or the scope of any required engineering work. In all cases, we will endeavor to provide the requested information or service through an alternative accessible means while any remediation is in progress.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is a continuing effort. We review and update this Accessibility Statement as our platform evolves. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
Third-Party Content and Services
Some content and services available through JetWell are provided by independent third parties, including clinics, providers, insurance partners, payment processors, and other vendors. While we encourage our partners and vendors to follow accessibility best practices, we do not control and are not responsible for the accessibility of content or services authored, hosted, or operated by third parties. Where a third-party barrier prevents access to information or a service available through JetWell, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you through an alternative means.
Marketplace and International Providers
JetWell is a technology-enabled marketplace that connects patients with independent third-party care providers ("Providers"), many of whom are located outside the United States. Providers are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of JetWell. Each Provider operates its own facilities, sets its own policies, complies with the laws of its own jurisdiction, and is solely responsible for the services it delivers to patients, including all aspects of physical accessibility at its facilities and the accessibility of its own communications with patients.
This Accessibility Statement addresses the accessibility of JetWell's own digital platform — the websites, mobile experiences, and software services operated by JetWell under the jetwell.ai domain and its authorized subdomains. It does not extend to, and JetWell does not undertake any commitment regarding, the accessibility of (a) the physical facilities where Providers deliver care, (b) digital tools, portals, forms, or communications channels operated by Providers directly (including but not limited to clinic-hosted booking systems, video consultation platforms, messaging apps, and post-care patient portals), or (c) the laws, regulations, and standards governing accessibility in the countries where Providers operate, which may differ materially from United States law.
Provider-Authored Content on JetWell's Platform
Certain content displayed on JetWell's platform is authored, supplied, or controlled by Providers rather than by JetWell. This includes, without limitation: clinic profiles, descriptions of services and procedures, pricing information, photographs and videos of facilities and results, doctor biographies, credentials, languages spoken, facility amenities, and documents such as treatment plans, consent forms, and informational materials.
While JetWell may, from time to time, review, reformat, or provide guidance to Providers regarding content submitted to the platform, JetWell does not author Provider-supplied content and cannot guarantee that such content meets accessibility standards. JetWell contractually requires Providers to submit content that is, to the extent reasonably practicable, consistent with basic accessibility practices, and JetWell reserves the right to remove, reformat, or replace Provider-submitted content that is reported as creating an accessibility barrier.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier in Provider-authored content, please report it through the mechanisms described in this Statement. JetWell will make reasonable efforts to work with the Provider to address the barrier or to provide you with the information through an alternative accessible means.
Physical Accessibility at International Care Facilities
JetWell does not inspect, audit, verify, certify, or otherwise guarantee the physical accessibility of any Provider facility. This includes, without limitation, wheelchair access, the availability of accessible restrooms, the availability of sign language interpretation, the presence of Braille or large-print signage, the availability of service animal accommodations, the accessibility of transportation between accommodations and the Provider's facility, and the availability of accessible ground transportation, lodging, and other travel-related services.
International Providers operate under the laws and accessibility standards of their own jurisdictions. These standards may differ substantially from the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, or other United States federal, state, or local accessibility laws. A facility that is fully compliant with the laws of its home jurisdiction may nevertheless present accessibility barriers that would be unexpected, unusual, or non-compliant in a United States context.
Patients who require specific accessibility accommodations are strongly encouraged to request detailed accessibility information about a Provider's facility before booking, using the Accessibility Information Request mechanism described below. Patients are further encouraged to confirm accessibility arrangements directly with the Provider before traveling, and to make independent arrangements for any accessibility needs that fall outside the scope of the Provider's facility (including but not limited to accessible transportation, accessible lodging, and accessible tourist or leisure activities).
By booking care through JetWell with a Provider located outside the United States, patients acknowledge that the physical accessibility of the Provider's facility has not been verified by JetWell and that the patient assumes responsibility for confirming accessibility arrangements directly with the Provider in advance of travel and care.
Accessibility Information Request Mechanism
JetWell provides a mechanism for patients to request specific accessibility information about a Provider or its facility before booking. Through this mechanism, patients may ask questions about any aspect of accessibility that is material to their care decision, including physical accessibility, accommodation of assistive devices, availability of sign language or other communication support, service animal policies, dietary accommodations, and any other accessibility-related matter.
When a patient submits an Accessibility Information Request, JetWell will acknowledge receipt of the request within five (5) business days and will route the request to the relevant Provider. Providers are contractually required to respond substantively to Accessibility Information Requests within ten (10) business days, and JetWell will relay the Provider's response to the patient without material alteration.
JetWell does not independently verify Provider responses and does not warrant their accuracy. JetWell acts as a communication channel between patient and Provider for this purpose. Patients should treat Provider responses as representations made by the Provider directly, and should confirm material accessibility arrangements with the Provider in writing prior to travel.
If a Provider fails to respond within the ten (10) business day window, or if a Provider's response is incomplete, JetWell will make reasonable efforts to follow up with the Provider and will notify the patient of the status of the request. In such cases, JetWell will also offer the patient the option to withdraw any pending booking request related to that Provider without penalty.
Ask before you book: tell us what you need, and JetWell puts your question to the clinic that takes your case.

Not a Substitute for Direct Communication with Providers
The information and mechanisms described in this Statement are intended to support, not to replace, direct communication between patients and Providers regarding accessibility. Patients with accessibility needs or concerns are encouraged to contact the Provider directly, in addition to using the mechanisms described here, and to obtain any material accessibility confirmations in writing prior to travel and care. JetWell's role is to facilitate this communication and to provide alternative accessible means of accessing information about JetWell's own platform; JetWell does not represent itself as a substitute for direct patient–Provider communication about accessibility.
Feedback
